Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat is a luxury escape in the Lake District, featuring high quality amenities, from self-catering facilities and home-from-home comforts in the lodges, to the Copper Fells Bar & Brasserie and relaxing Ammara spa.

Gamma was asked to develop a stylish and energy efficient scheme to complement the diverse range of amenities and facilities found throughout the site. These included a restaurant, bar and spa in the main guest building and storage, laundry and workshop areas in the staff outbuildings.

Architectural downlights were installed throughout the guest buildings to reflect its luxurious look and feel, including Topaz ACJs and ACAs, Great White TTTs and IP65 Sysion AAJs.

A functional lighting solution for the maintenance and housekeeping buildings was provided by Duro, our fully featured IP65 and IK10 rated anti-corrosive luminaire, and Syncro ADI fire rated IP65 mini downlight.
