News / Low Energy Sensors

As a luminaire manufacturer we understand the importance of being able to control light effectively.

Firstly, in relation to the light emitted from a luminaire in terms of glare, distribution, intensity and direction, but also from a user’s point of view, where the ability to control light to create ambience, reduce energy, prolong life and reduce maintenance costs are all must-have options throughout our product portfolio.

The use of sensors to reduce energy, prolong life and reduce costs has always been a priority for our customers. We have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to incorporating daylight harvesting, occupancy, presence and corridor sensors into our product range. We are also excited and heavily involved in incorporating the next generation of smart, wireless and Bluetooth lighting sensors which enables the collection of data including, footfall, temperature changes and usage patterns.
